Damages & Returns


Arden Medical Ltd. want you to be happy when you shop with us. Any faults or damage must be reported within 48 hours upon receipt of orders. Any products that are damaged or faulty upon delivery will be replaced.

Our expert manufacturing team thoroughly check all inflatable splints before being passed and approved to go into stock.

To notify Arden Medical Ltd. of faulty or damaged goods, please email info@arden-medical.com or telephone 01789 764142. We will require a description of the fault and possibly photographic evidence where necessary. We will supply you with a valid returns number which you must include on the front of the returns parcel.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned items without a returns number. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Due to the nature and intended medical use of the product, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used. The returned item MUST be sealed, all labels intact and in it’s original packaging.

Refunds and exchanges will be subject to the item being returned to us in its original condition.  A full refund will not be given if the item is not able to be sold again as new. The customer shall be held liable for the return of the item(s). The original postage and packing cost, plus a one off administration fee of £2.99, will be deducted from the the value of refunded items to cover our re-stocking costs.

We would advise using a reputable courier service for all returns.

Subject to the goods being returned in their original condition, a refund will be issued, or an exchange will be organised. 

Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and include a note for the reason of the return. Then send it to:
